Gone are the grueling 12-hour shifts in a remote camp with 300 men. “You actually have a life,” Benji says. “I can go to a movie or the mall. I can even go out for wings and a beer.” Using the same skills, he’s now drilling for very different outcomes: cutting emissions, supporting housing delivery, and building a greener economy.
